Data Processing Consent

This is a faithful English translation of the Russian-language consent text. KV Projects is a Russian legal entity, and this consent is governed by Russian law — specifically Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data." In the event of any discrepancy between this translation and the Russian original, the Russian text at kvprojects.ru/consent.html is legally authoritative.
By filling in and submitting the contact form at kvprojects.ru and checking the corresponding box on the form, I — acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest — consent to KV Projects LLC (OGRN 5187746002846, INN 7743285736, address: 6 Dubki St., Moscow, 127434, Russia) (the "Operator") processing my personal data on the terms set out below.
1. Personal data covered
Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data submitted in the contact form:
- name;
- contact details (phone number and/or email address);
- the content of the message (the text of the inquiry).
2. Purpose of processing
- handling requests and inquiries submitted through the website's contact form;
- preparing and sending commercial proposals, responding to inquiries;
- entering into and performing service contracts.
3. Processing actions covered
Consent is given for the following actions with personal data, whether performed using automated means or otherwise: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (refreshing, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.
4. Validity period
This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the data subject, but for no more than 3 (three) years from the date of the data subject's last contact. Upon expiry, the consent is considered automatically extended for successive 3-year periods, unless a withdrawal has been received.
5. Withdrawing consent
Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written request to the Operator's email address: ar@kv-project.com. Withdrawal of consent does not terminate processing that is carried out on another lawful basis (for example, to perform an already-concluded contract).
6. Additional terms
Personal data is processed and stored within the territory of the Russian Federation. The processing procedure, retention periods, data-subject rights and protection measures are described in detail in the Operator's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this consent.
