1. General provisions

Operator: KV Projects LLC (ООО «КВ Проекты»), INN 7743285736, OGRN 5187746002846, address: 6 Dubki St., Moscow, 127434, Russia. By using this website, the user unconditionally agrees to this Policy and the personal-data processing terms described in it.

2. Personal data we process

When you fill in the website's contact form, the Operator processes: the user's name; contact details (phone number and/or email address); the content of the message (the text submitted).

3. Purpose of processing

• handling requests and inquiries submitted through the website's contact form;
• preparing commercial proposals and responding to user inquiries;
• entering into and performing service contracts.

4. Legal basis for processing

Personal data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(1) and Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" — that is, the voluntary, specific, informed and conscious consent of the data subject, expressed by checking the relevant box in the website form or by another action that unambiguously confirms consent.

5. Storage location and retention period

In accordance with Art. 18(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, the recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating and retrieval of the personal data of Russian citizens is carried out using databases located within the territory of the Russian Federation.

Personal data is retained no longer than required to fulfil the purposes of processing, and for no more than 3 (three) years from the date of the data subject's last contact, or until consent is withdrawn — whichever occurs first. Upon expiry of the retention period, personal data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Cross-border transfer of personal data

The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states.

7. Cookies and web analytics

As of the current version of this Policy, the website does not use web-analytics systems (visit counters) and does not set cookies that identify a specific user. Should such tools be introduced in the future, the Operator will update this Policy and publish a corresponding notice on the website.

To automatically detect the interface language, the website may send the visitor's IP address to a third-party geolocation service, ipapi.co. This request is made only when the visitor's browser language is not detected as Russian, is used solely to select the displayed language of the page, and is never linked by the Operator to any other personal data of the visitor.

8. Data protection measures

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and from other unlawful actions by third parties. Personal data is not disclosed to third parties, except where expressly required by Russian law or necessary to perform a contract with the data subject.

9. Rights of the data subject

In accordance with Art. 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, the data subject has the right to:

• obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data, including the purposes, methods and duration of processing;
• request correction, blocking or deletion of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
• appeal the Operator's actions or omissions to the authorized body for the protection of data-subject rights (Roskomnadzor) or in court;
• withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time.

10. Withdrawing consent

To withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, send a written request to the Operator's email address: info@kv-project.com. Processing will cease, and the data will be deleted, within 30 days of receiving the request, unless otherwise required by Russian law.

11. Responsible person

The person responsible for organizing personal-data processing at the Operator has been appointed by internal order of KV Projects LLC. For questions regarding personal-data processing, please contact info@kv-project.com.

12. Final provisions

The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at kvprojects.ru/privacy.html (Russian, authoritative) and kvprojects.ru/en/privacy.html (English, informational).
